Instructional Design

The Process leading to the development of this course titled "Maximizing Learning Potential with Blended Learning and Differentiation" was driven by my search to help and educate teachers on how to engage students with diverse needs in their respective classrooms. Through various sessions of discussion with the administrators and our instructional coach, we have identified the need for teachers to have a professional learning course about blended learning and differentiation. With this, teachers will be able to maximize learning in their respective classrooms when using the technology provided and not just for busy work. Using technology to meet the needs of our diverse learners.  Our course outline, guided by Fink's integrated course design model, reflects our commitment to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to shine in a rapidly changing educational practice, where blended learning and differentiation are key to fostering inclusive and effective learning environments.
